If you claim cytodyn has no leverage, you are assuming their asset has no value in any negotiation requiring leverage. You like to separate these statements, however you can not state a lack of leverage and think the product has no value, you may not have stated that leronlimab is worthless, but claiming they have no leverage is assuming the drug has no value. if it does have value, you can use that as leverage.
I want you to understand, i jumped to the assumption that you feel leronlimab is worthless because you stated they have no leverage. don't just hide behind "i never said that"
If i want to by a used car and i see that the car lot is in a desperate state. the dealer has leverage over me because they have the car i want and i have leverage over them because they need to sell it. I might be able to get it for cheaper, but not for free.
think about the process: some company goes to cytodyn ad says they want leronlimab. Cytodyn says it will cost them $100 billion. the other company might say cytodyn has no leverage and offers $10. do you think cytodyn goes for the $10? of course not - they have leverage! there product is not worthless!
