companies cannot survive long term as you say but they can in the short term . If you look at whats happened in the last year we have received not 1 but 2 letters from the FDA based on questionable comments coming from Cytodyn. We have legal issues with an ex CRO that wont end with the audit. And focus on the debt so we have a viable company going forward ...all ,I am sure, are still priorities to the legal team....
Lawyers in my mind have swung the communications pipeline 180 degrees from being a very chatty company to, in the short term, shutting up and being overly cautious so we dont trip again with public comments. there will be a point where i believe they will loosen up but its not right now or in the near future in my opinion....
