HHSE-BLOG: Updates on Filings and HHSE Shareholders Meeting

Good Evening HHSE Friends & Followers - Quick Updates:
1). SHAREHOLDER'S MEETING - we have requested dates from the livestream (video) supplier for the meeting, and are awaiting confirmation for either Tuesday (March 29) or Wednesday (March 30). Hopefully we will have this date confirmed tomorrow following confirmation from this key, technical services provider.
2). LIBRARY VALUATION - Still in process, but "progressing nicely."
3). SETTLEMENTS - Terms sheets have been exchanged back-and-forth in the UPTONE and DAISY WINTERS settlement discussions. As of today - we are awaiting client approvals and formal documentation.
The Library report and Settlement Agreements affect the company's capability to file the Form 10 Registration. So, it's been frustrating to have third-party issues not immediately resolved.
Meanwhile, we are losing no time with respect to ongoing pre-launch activities for MYFLIX, as well as production activities with BELLE STARR and COWBOYS OF CANNABIS, post-production issues with WILDFIRE, and operational issues including New Officer Hires, New Board Advisors, Support Staff and New Financing ventures for the company. Lots of exciting stuff to disclose at the Shareholders meeting.
BLOG WILL BE UPDATED WITH CONFIRMED S.H. MEETING DATE AND TIME
HHSE will finally release "AMERICA UNITED" and "HEXING" onto DVD this summer - to evidence the company's continuing activities with physical releasing media. However, the vast majority of HHSE release activities will focus on Video-On-Demand streaming placements, including MyFlix exclusives.
