IMO, it could be either, neither or both.
Personally, I hope it is not BO as we are about to be worth so much more. Partner ship would make sense if it were for all indications. I do not see the purpose, wisdom or need for being silent about all indications if a company is looking to pay for one or two. Seems like the recipe for a bad deal. Especially as more time passes.
I have to agree with Jeff.
It may not make perfect sense, but it seems like SA is saying "Don't flush the toilet 'til we get the sh*t off the walls, after that you can do your business".
The sweet smell of success is close.
