Maybe I am being thick, but I just don't think that BP or the FDA is "slow rolling" little ol' CYDY, the company that can't seem to do anything up to the standards that are needed to be irrefutable.
There is no need for third parties to time and energy to try to thwart CYDY, as the company does it on their own, time and time again. Now, we are hoping for a change in connection with the clinical part of things, but let's remember that from what we (think we) know, that the couple of new people brought in by CYDY management are not scientists or clinicians, they are dealmakers. That is the most telling thing about what direction things may be going.
Maybe NASH and cancer trial numbers have been strong enough to really warrant a meaningful partnership now. And if CYDY does actually do what they said they would do, and file the BLA this month, well...icing on the cake.
