I believe that anything meaningful and compliant... will be revealed at the appropriate timeline...sounds kinda boilerplate...but the reality is everyone is working the deal...by their participation in the various aspects of daily business...OR... there is a deal in the making...this is a "quiet period"...and they have put a brake on the newsfeed...period.
