So how did I find the NewAge event?
I was looking at the financials of a bunch of companies and was drilling down. Then looking at the sales, marketing, hiring, etc of each.
VOILÀ, there it was. A Verb LIVE event that some said doesn't exist and a big one too.
NewAge, Verb's customer sp has dropped 80% in the last year. Those that only invest and follow 1 stock might not realize other stocks have significantly dropped as well.
Remember NewAge signed up with Verb in August.

They threw out the CEO in January
A drop in SP and a new CEO could spell trouble for existing vendors if they decided to cut cost and start baling the ship which often happens OR they need to FOCUS more
NewAge appointed Ed Brennan Interim CEO last week who was/is COB
Their market cap is now $82M
They have about twice as many sherted shared (9,644,186), but their OS is about twice as much (146.8M).
I can tell you I didn't get the affiliate Kwikclick thing they were doing.
They have up to 600,000 distributors in 75 countries They need to get going with the Verb tools.
Apparently Ed Brennan, Interim CEO who is the Chairman of the Board gets it
Like their marketing around the event that is all over social media so now there is a big VerbLIVE push.
A couple of things I didn't mention...
When Verb was selling VerbLIVE there were two things customers were asking for. Rory talked about some of this on the Q call.
Rory Cutaia
"We’ve got a ton of enterprises that have signed on looking for to get verbLIVE launched. I’ll tell you, we’ve got several hundred thousand users, and that’s on a global basis for verbLIVE. What we did which is something that we didn’t do as well in the past. But as it relates to verbLIVE and certainly on the things that we’re doing going forward, we have created really an amazing very comprehensive detailed user feedback loop to really understand exactly what people are doing with the application, what they’re not doing, what they want, and what’s come out of that is a couple of features that I call the new baseline features that people want.
As an example, they want the ability to record their live sessions , the current platform doesn’t accommodate that. that’s in motion will—and hopefully will be delivered soon. They also wanted the ability to have not just one host, not just one presenter, they wanted the ability to have dual presenters . that was also not something that we built into the original version. Some of the—and there’s a handful of others, and many of these are really unique to the direct sales space, which right now still represents our largest revenue stream, and we want to make sure that we’re paying very close attention to those people because there’s so many users out there that provides us with extraordinary data and information that allows us to improve the product. We’re moving as rapidly as we can, obviously, on parallel tracks with a number of different initiatives to get those things done because a lot of them are waiting for those features to go live before they launch. That’s all coming."
So for those that now are able to click on the NewAge link I shared and watched, you can see the features that are already built into Market have been ported over to VerbLIVE as I mentioned was hoping. This will increase the VerbLIVE sales which may be one reason why McKinley is 100% focused on Direct Sales now.
Keep in mind, this is all Bambuser has to offer today and they are doing quite well. They don't have VerbTeams, VerbCRM, VerbLearn, VerbPulse and certainly not Market or Verb.TV. Go to some of their sites I previously posted and now compare.
I get a chuckle out of chuckleheads that think Market doesn't exist. They are getting wound up about their first $100 investment and nervous as kittens even though Verb has an entire business already driving revenue. Somehow they think one day, Market is going to fall out of the sky with 100's of stores and Live events?
Nope, it doesn't work that way. Configuration, loading stores, training, private sessions, recordings, doing deals, signing contracts, etc. A lot of hard work, much of what could only be started when Market was completed last year.
Might want to do some DD to see how the other Live Streaming sites/apps were launched. Better than getting your DD off of a message board as that never works out for those that do.
