60, 900,000 shares is a lot of shares considering the daily volume of UNVC shares traded. There hasn't been enough volume to indicate that this SH has "dumped" this # of shares recently. Now, if he started to sell when the PPS was $.03+, maybe he was selling at the bid which would bring the PPS down to under $.03.
Simple Math indicates that this SH could realize over $1.8M if he averages $.03 as he sells, However, he could make a helluva lot more if he showed some patience. Did someone post the debt was under $900K?? If so, Doc could have sold on the open Market and paid off the debt with half as many shares.
Gotta admire those DD experts on the UNVC board. It's hard to "fill in the blanks" or "connect the dots" when we have so little definitive info.
