Longer we wait worse it gets... his hands are tied till State laws change and big tech is allowed in. On so many levels the policy, laws and governing has to be changed. It's been in action for 10 years. He obviously cannot say anything as it could prevent govt. contracts being awarded or possible gag order or conflict of interest. That is why with dd flushed out and washed for errors, we can keep up with the changes. And it looks like a lot has changed within last few months too.
