So what set this ASSmoderatorCLOWN off ?
It must have been pretty fricken bad.
A control freak like me must have attacked them pretty pretty pretty hard for them to react like that and then months later still be mad....

Contact the company directly.
I have and they are quite responsive.
I have also contacted Gerald and he is responsive albeit quite busy so it may take some time. And he can't answer every single question by every single person that hounds him, which some people just don't understand or want to accept.
Hearing positive results can be reassuring, but take with a grain of salt.
My bottles have been resent by the company directly having backup as a tool in the precautionary toolbox is something I want to have.
