"Our S/S scares off people from buying in. Not me..."

This has always puzzled me.  It doesn't scare off you, it doesn't scare off me, it doesn't scare off many MANY others... then why should it scare of new investors?

PNCH's potential is there for all to see... even novice investors.  AND... if you're a "novice" investor, do you really understand how and why share structure affects a company?

Somebody is right, and somebody is wrong, with respect to investing in PNCH.  Is it us... or them???  And if it's them that is wrong, is it just a matter of education, and matter of awareness, or what?  AND... what can we as investors do to change that?  Anything?

What puzzles me is the very same investors you likely cite as being scared off by A/S structure... will likely invest in a scam mining company or scam supplement company in a heartbeat, and in LARGE numbers.  I ask myself, why would any investor invest in a scam mining company, yet will not touch PNCH?

Could the answer be as simple as the level of bashing that goes on with PNCH?  I don't follow the typical scam mining company type stocks, but does anyone know if they get bashed on the level that PNCH does?

I'm just puzzled as to the real reason we don't have more new investors.
