That guy is just someone else who interprets data to justify their pre-conceived beliefs. In his case it's that SARS p Covid2 was genetically manipulated. Here is why he is wrong.
Any virus that can infect lymphocytes will cause cell death in those cells and cause lymphocytopenia. And any virus that can attach through LFA-1 (Lymphocyte function-associated antigen 1) would.
Sars-Cov-2 does not have a gp 120 insert. It has an Orf7a protein on it's spike. The Orf7a protein can use LFA-1 to achieve cell entry with LFA-1 like gp 120 but not the same thing. It's like saying that CCL5 (RANTES) is the same thing as CCL3 because they both can bind CCR5 which of course is false.
Not only that the ORF7a protein is also expressed on SARS-Cov1. If as he implies that the "gp 120 insert" was added in a genetic manipulation of SARS-Cov1 then that Orf7a protein would not appear in SARS-Cov1.
