Verb's total revenue for 9 months was $7,818,000. Q3 was $2,900,000.
Let's pretend for a second there was no growth in Q4. Who knows, maybe a lot. Maybe a little. Q4 historically not a great month for some companies as budgets kick in, in Q1. People tend not to rollout software in December for some odd reason, eh?
So $7,818,000 + $2,900,000 = $10,718,000
Let's call it $11M because I like round numbers.
Current market cap $76.6M
That's a x7 multiple of revenue
Pretty low for a growth company if you ask me.
Let's say revenue doubles this year for some odd reason
Market cap to revenue ratio would be x3.5 then
Pretty low for a growth company if you ask me, but I'm a numbers guy
As a reference point, Bambuser is about x11-12
Same multiple for Verb would put the sp at $1.75 and that is only with $11M revenue. Double the revenues would be $3.50 sp.
Oh and Bambuser lost 2/3 of it's value in the last year. Been a rough go for a lot of stocks. I think at one time the ration as in the 80s
This is why I mentioned it would be good for Rory on the earnings call to share a bit about pricing, other wise no analyst is going to be able to project any kind of numbers. I do get you have to see how it goes first. Should have enough history with the other products though.
In other news, I saw Verb's partner Lead MLM, mention Verb in the Market America write up this weekend. Nice of them...
