Doing some DD and also came across this...follow me here....
60 million unrestricted shares were issued to Bridgeview Capital on December 17th, 2021 for services they did for UNVC.
Here is the write up below about it....
Then if you go through docs tweets and match up the dates, he tweeted all around the time those shares were issued and it was happening....
So doc tweets the same day they were issued, "its not easy but need to let you know it will be worth it." Then 5 days later suddenly documents are being prepared. Reason those documents didn't show up in the annual report because if they were signed after first of the year it will be on quarter 1 report, because as most know nothing is official until signed, sealed and delivered. AND Doc told mikey that lots happened since December 31st, 2021. I know some are frustrated, annoyed and impatient. But I believe it will be well worth the wait.
