Yes he did. And then the noteholders listed in previous Q's went away. Those shares, IMO, become part of the float. Did those shares get used for some deals or partners? We don't know yet. As some have stated until Doc files the form 10 (re-register with SEC) he has quite a bit of leeway on what he has to tell us or report. But I am very much looking forward to the next Q filings which promise to have more info per Doc.
