I'm going back to your post because there are some Flippy McFlippers on other boards with their panties in a wad. Doc posted on Dec 22 about documents being PREPARED for signature. Not being signed, prepared. Obviously they were signed after Dec 31 which was by design and why the annual report doesn't show our acquisition.

I am not concerned. Actually excited that Doc said much has happened since Dec 31. No more empty fins!
