cphillips, there has been a lot of talk about the low float being the most important factor. I've always thought to base value assessments off the o/s, but was told repeatedly that the float was what to pay attention to. 200M.
Now it's over 1B.
That's a change. The o/s hasn't changed, though, and this float increase confirms that you need to stick with the o/s as that is the traditional point of comparison.
