That is in the report, you can not spin that, it will update on the OTC market Monday night. Those shares could have come from two events, the shares that Dalton gave to himself or those shares that went away that belonged to those two penny stock firms that there was not a filing for, they just went away per Dalton, shares can not just go away, there has to be a filing for those two debt holders.
