Considering mgmt legally has a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders, there MUST be something positive we don't know about.
Otherwise, their silence as the pps trickles lower suggests they are completely ignoring that responsibility. With the team in place, I cannot imagine that is the case.
Ergo, I really do believe something positive is in play.
