I believe the halting the gas tax helps the little guy too! Getting rid of it all together would be best for all Americans regardless of social status. Nobody needs to be paying more of something we have enough to support the entire country for hundreds of years, especially considering current market conditions in regards to inflation which destroys everyone's purchasing power.

Now, charging a tax on foreign customers is another matter...
