I've been trying to take a starter position on this stock but am having trouble getting buy orders filled. Both yesterday and today, I can only seem to be able to buy a tiny amount of shares (2500, 1000, etc., here and there). Am placing orders at the ask (or slightly over) as well.

Thoughts/ideas?
