Question for you, Hyper: did your broker volunteer the fact that Paulson might be assisting with an M&A? By the sound of it, he also mentioned other possible reasons as to why he couldn't buy/sell CYDY shares, but I was wondering how he worded the M&A possibility; did he bring it up himself?

A broker wouldn't be privy to insider info on a merger or partnership, right? Then again, some 'secrets' have a short half-life.
