Why? Nader made the call to submit the BLA even though Amarex says they warned him against it multiple times. And he seemingly made his decision based on the share price and bitching by investors on message boards (hope I wasn't one of them).

Plus Amarex continued to get work from us through last summer, even though there were bills from 2019 still past due. It seems to me that they bent over backward to accommodate a somewhat deadbeat customer.

Nader was a trainwreck in a lot of ways. He deeply believed in leronlimab and I have no doubt that he genuinely was desperate to help patients but he was an amateur waaaayyy in over his head and many times showed that he was very guilty of short-term thinking, which is a horrible way to manage a company, especially a clinical-stage biotech with long timelines.

Thankfully he's gone, we have a second chance and someday many very sick peoples' lives will be immeasurably bettered by leronlimab. Onward and upward.
