I, like some here do not believe there will be any earth shaking information on the Yearly (annual report) due out by the end of this month. It is to report on 2021 and I don't think anything was done last year. I do believe that Shanghai Yicheng continues to operate and make money as a subsidiary of Pangbo Group but they have not yet completed all of the aspects of what is going to be rolled into the ticker EGOC. They will get that done on their time table when they are good and ready to do so and they have all of the companies and subsidiaries put together the way they want it. Just my opinions..

There may be some tid bits of info that could show up but I don't expect anything shocking. I do however expect to hear some news coming out concerning their plans and maybe some more clarification concerning the delays/subsequent application withdrawal for the name/ticker change recently. Other than that I don't expect the annual report will have much to it. Not saying that is definitely going to be the case as they could surprise us but I am not expecting much. I would say that in the event that they do show their cards on the 2021 annual report in a couple of weeks we should be waving goodbye to these sub penny prices rather quickly . JMO
