Innova had a problem with the FDA; QMC was subject to the SEC. Two different problems. This move by QMC seeks to avoid problems with the FDA, IMO.
Because they had separate problems, I'm not the Pasaca agreement that was proposed is still in place but possibly has changed to parallel but symbiotic paths.
Innova will still need QD, and QMC will still need Innova influence and cooperation to develop tests and introductions. An arms length relationship can be beneficial and avoid entanglement in each other's problems. Does Innova still have BOD members on QMC BOD? That's influence but not ownership. Just Speculating.
