I’m not advocating he’s back either (sorry if I sounded that way). Just curious about the stuff removed from site versus the stuff remaining. His presentation is quite good and of course the science is good, so could be that simple.
About the extent of my imagination is (in the form a query), is his presence related to the lawsuit? Imaginary possibility 1) is that Sidley suggested that we appear not spiteful generally and 2) a settlement is near and this is somehow a condition (silly I realize - not a lawyer)
