There is not anything wrong with calling how the multiple failures that fall at the feet of Joe, nothing wrong discussing what Joe has done to all the shareholder and there have been many up to now, but it is the way it is done. Make it factual, make it with events that can be backed up as well.

Be objective and truthful. Make sure what you say can be proven. Leave agendas at the door unless they are for being factual in what the company is currently going through right now and proof of anything Joe or any other management personnel is doing.
