If the new board is silent because they are deep in BO or partnership negotiations, then the public face doesn't matter much because a company with real experience and an understanding of how things work will fix all of that right quick.

If the new board is searching for a BO or partnership, then yes, the current public face is not one that would entice new investment into CYDY.

It seems like right now, the new board isn't worried about new investment. I just have no idea how to interpret that given the lack of information at our disposal.
