Just Opinion, I should have stated such. I know I would want him out as insider if that was the deal I made for the shell. A lot of people are putting a lot of emphasis on this filing, and I don't see anything changing at this point. I dont want everyone getting upset come filing time. Hopefully we are pleasantly surprised
