Up coming report may still be just a shell, I get the feeling they want this insider (Pearlman?) out of the way. Apparently he was to turn in his shares as stated, to be common. They did say they were going to go on with Co. plans, but part of the plan was to get him out. we'll see. Hopefully we will hear something soon, but if not. Could be a court thing for a while, more waiting. I've waited 11 yrs. what's a little more.
