The demise of Generex is not final as of yet, but the nails are in the coffin currently. NuGenerex is still waiting to be listed as it has not been withdrawn.

We have no word from Joe or anyone else. Talking with Management is like a broken record and Joe and an 'associate' are still going to Dubai for whatever reason still.

As far as anyone knows, there are still deals valid, but we have no 10K or 10Qs for anything, we have no profits, we have no information on what is going on or what has happened or what is happening and we can't make a decision on what to do either way and that really falls on Joe, the management and the Board of Directors for being delinquent to their shareholders and to the SEC.

I still don't understand anyone who has left the company not opening up and letting shareholders in some way, shape or form know what happened. I understand them signing something saying they are not to disparage the company, but not telling anything that went wrong or slowed down, etc...
