The SEC finally cleared comments on the $SRNW filings, but now they want the year-end audit in order to deem us current. While the audit has been started, it is not going to get done by the end of the day, so we have to withdraw the Form 10 & refile again, hopefully this week.

CEO Sharp doing this purposely to buy more time? Is he clueless as to what he's doing with this SEC stuff? SEC busy that they need to wait until the 60th day? Who knows.
