yeah, there is nothing good about how cheap the shares are. or about the time passing - time is not our friend.
it's obvious we will miss the Q1 BLA deadline - but of course, there is no communication to that effect.
For me, the silence is BS. It's clearly not related to any deal. They should at least be "man enough" (or woman enough) to tell us that they either are or will not meet the most concrete self-imposed milestone in recent company history - completing the BLA by the end of Q1. If it's not happening, have the courtesy to let us know.
The next PR will be NASH - related, and it will hopefully be positive enough to boost the SP and confidence, to raise funds at something more than $0.50. Because we need money - and we can't sell shares right now - given that the last deal is already 50% under-water, and that the shares are locked up for 180 days.
