why are assumptions made of time frames etc. unvc is public current reporting company.
the company has 15 day grace period to report after the march 31st deadline to submit filings which is 90 days after the year end for annuals. As army put it..its a process and you cant put a time frame on that with a company with such complexity. indeed a great deal of patience is required. not everyone has that staying power.
