I don't understand your point. Here is what the poster said:

He stated it as a fact that one thing follows the other closely. There is nothing wrong with saying that his thought is not necessarily true, based on the fact that an arbitration can take, as I said, a day, years, or anything in-between.
No one put words in anyone's mouth.
