The "group" addition could be additional services offered.
To some, this Time Organization, Inc. may not be exciting with just 17 million in revenue but you have to think "nation wide" and how many clinics are in all 50 states. Take 17M time 50 and you are at 850 million and there are a lot more clinics in Maryland than just Time Organization, Inc. The potential nation wide market is in the billions for sure. I doubt Doc only plans on owning a few in Baltimore. Think bigger folks.
