How come Russia isn't being forced into EV cars along with wind and solar? Russia wasn't locked down like the rest of the world and they didn't take the American created vaccine as did the west.

I think Putin, who is involved with the WEF is heading for the oil fields in the middle east at some point. WEF wants control of everything but Russia is a reliant on oil, how does Russia fit in with the WEF's plans. Is Putin breaking away from the WEF or is he helping them achieve their goal.
