Just to provide some perspective here. And putting this out there that I cannot 100% confirm the link between MHM Services Inc. and TIME or UNVC...
This is the contract for state wide mental health services for inmates in detention and for outpatient reintegration.
I believe MHM subcontracts these services out and TIME "could" be one of the recipients. Big money regardless. Another birds eye view for ya!
