Interesting, I did not think that way. I thought the allowed 45 days to report a quarter (90 for Q4) was to allow time to report what happened that quarter, not the quarter before.
I also thought that the Augist 16 PR was just a notice that there was intent to purchase the clinics and that there will be another PR when it happens.
This is my 1st OTC stock and likely my last.
