$CLHI received the proper documentation back on my election yesterday. I can now proceed with OTC Markets and have been in contact with the transfer agent.
The company is delinquent in their monthly fees with the TA and signed a contract that is $15k annually.

I am attempting to get out of the contract and move to a more reasonable agent.
Attorneys are working on what needs to happen at the state level.
I will be working to complete all the OTC application paperwork in the coming days.
