The longer the silence the more complicated the deal being negotiated? Are they addressing the marginal value of each indication independently? Shouldn't there have been a period of time put in place upon entering negotiations within which a deal would have to have been made or an extension been granted between which an update to shareholders be provided? If not, then all the 'smart' people are behaving like amateurs.
