Warrant holders and shorts have opposite objectives
Warrant holders want to price to go up so that their warrants have value.
For example a warrant holder whose warrant price is .50 want the price to go much above.50 so that it is valuable - the higher the price the better for the warrant holder.
Remember they send .50 cents to the company and the company issues the a share in return.
