Look at Gimli's post about ACS getting over a million dollars in DoD SBIR phase two money.
Check out the award date. Then what happened? That"s right, nothing! No phase three/ followup DoD contract to get the SFOR shield for our troops & those of friendly nations we support like Ukraine. ACS failed in marketing. This is my point. I am glad SFOR's lawyer is looking into this matter as Mark wrote. IMH ( nonlawyer's) opinion SFOR should sue ACS for nonperformance and nonpayment. The bottom line for me is that our troops, on NATO'S Eastern flank, facing the Russians, still lack the SFOR shield! This makes them vulnerable to the "tracking & geolocating" written about in the Army Times article and yes, I wrote Mark about it.
