there is no reason that an NDA would make a company go quiet regarding how their drug is performing in trials, is a BLA progressing , or any BTD work underway. that information has no relevance to negotiating a partnership nor an acquisition of a company..NDA's also have an expiration date if its a negotiation going on. usually a 90 day for an M and A so dilligence can be done exclusively by the one company..So all the talk about " we are quiet because of an NDA doesnt make sense to me.
