This is an important point, I don't have any warrants but a huge amount of funding for many years was through Paulson. I also think there was some funding coming in because those expiring warrants were in the money so exercising them made sense. now with the low out of the money SP, the warrant holder and Cytodyn are in a pickle.
I think the drop in SP has caused many future "go it alone" plans to look much less likely. We know the Nash and cancer next steps are only happening with a partner. We know it is around 6 months before revenue from HIV can happen (when the BLA is actually filed) We know the EUA from any country for Covid is fading away no matter how good the Brazil data is.
I agree, it's lets make a deal time.
