But I get it. Mr. Goudzwaard, who "coincidentally" happened to be Chief Commercial Officer of NuGenerex Diagnostic Solutions also happens to be the Chief Administrative Officer for Neuragenex . Someone at Intelligence360 must have recognized Mr. Goudzwaard's name as associated with NDS, and not Neuragenex, and innocently confused the names. Of course, that assumes Mr. Goudzwaard's name actually appeared on the filing in the first place.
