And some further info on DPSCS INMATE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES
Doc attended this conference April 17, 2017 and it was basically to secure the 6 year contract for mental health services.

Notice these items below:
6. The Contract will be awarded to a single offeror.
7. Services to be procured are mental health services that include psychiatry services at all facilities and both psychiatry and psychology services at Correctional Mental Health Centers.
I believe he secured this contract after listening to IFAH. Its all in-line with what he said. There is a veterans component too.
