Absolutely everything related to UNVC is based on rumors IMO. I have been unsuccessful in my attempts to verify anything substantial. Every time I dig deep, I end up with no replies, conflicting or questionable responses. I do not have any proof of anything substantial related to UNVC and that is what worries me.
