Suppose they were able to compel that other company to honor their long-term written contract. That alone is worth $10 M. Then suppose they have another $1.3 M from the recent contract they have PR’d about, and a similar amount, eventually, from the International deals. Theoretically $12.6 M in an optimistic scenario. Many companies trade at 17-20 times Earnings, sometimes even more. And then suppose the other deals such as the DeFi develop well.
I think it is reasonable, if they catch some good tailwinds, to expect to get back to .20-.25 cents. If Mr. Kay gains confidence due to real organic growth and effectively functioning contracts, he could decide to reduce the AS to the current OS, or at least cut in in half, and THEN I think shares could reach $.50 to $1. I think he would come out looking like a hero this year if Revenue and contracts start to snowball, and he substantially reduced the AS. And, I think it would help restore confidence among long term shareholders who got hurt during the RS.
It didn’t happen by Christmas or Valentine’s Day, but I’m patient...
