I don't think the Chinese bought this shell with the intent to sell shares at sub penny. It would have been a really crappy investment. So much time, effort, and patience for couple of hundred k at best. Even if you take all the half million. And million share blocks over the last 2 weeks it's still less than 20 million shares total. That's out of a 1.3 billion outstanding share count. Barely 1 percent. While I'm annoyed at the sp slump I don't think it's worth the tears being shed on Ihub.
